How long does international air freight take?

Regular direct flights reach major Europe/US airports in 1–3 working days; the Middle East and South Asia in 2–4 working days; Southeast Asia, Japan and Korea in 1–2 working days. Actual time depends on flight frequency and destination customs clearance.

Is air freight charged by actual weight or volumetric weight?

Chargeable weight is the greater of actual weight and volumetric weight (L×W×H cm ÷ 6000). Bulky light cargo is charged by volumetric weight and heavy cargo by actual weight, plus fuel and security surcharges. Send destination + weight for an instant quote.

What cargo can be shipped by air, and what is prohibited?

General cargo, documents, samples and e-commerce parcels are accepted. Batteries, liquids and powders require an MSDS and transport test report, and may go through a dedicated sensitive-cargo channel. Dangerous goods and prohibited items are not accepted.

Can air freight also be DDP door-to-door?

Yes. We provide air DDP door-to-door; destination customs clearance, duty and VAT are handled by us, so shippers do not need destination import qualifications — ideal for cross-border e-commerce and merchants without import rights.

What documents are required for air export?

Normally a commercial invoice, packing list, customs declaration authorization and declaration elements; branded goods need an authorization letter and battery-powered products need an MSDS. Once documents are complete we handle customs declaration and booking with a dedicated operator.

How much does it cost to air freight 100kg to Europe or the US?

Air rates fluctuate with airline space and season and are quoted in tiers of 45kg / 100kg / 300kg / 500kg / 1000kg+, with lower unit rates for heavier shipments. Send product name, origin, destination and weight/volume for a same-day rate sheet.

Do you offer door pickup and how wide is the coverage?

Yes. Pickup fleets are available at and around the Shanghai, Shenzhen, Ezhou, Chongqing and Haikou gateways; other cities can ship to our warehouse for consolidation. Pickup and consolidation fees are itemized, never hidden in the rate.

Will shipments be rolled or run out of space in peak season (Black Friday / Christmas)?

We hold BSA blocked space and fixed positions with several airlines, so firm orders with confirmed space are prioritized even at peak — no rolling, no overbooking. We recommend pre-booking 3–5 days before major sales for the most stable space.

How can I track my shipment and which milestones are visible?

A waybill number is provided after pickup; departure, transit, arrival, customs clearance and delivery milestones are visible on our Shipment Tracking page. We proactively alert you to and follow up on exceptions.

What is BSA blocked space and what does it mean for customers?

BSA is a space-block agreement with an airline under which we lock in fixed positions and prices. For customers this means no space shortage in peak season, more stable pricing, and tiered discounts for larger shipments.

Should I choose air freight or international express?

For small parcels (under 30kg) and documents or samples with very tight deadlines, express is simpler; for shipments above 30kg, or when DDP door-to-door and destination delivery are needed, air freight lines are more cost-effective and can be matched to your cargo type.
